Donate here to keep Grace Center safe, comfortable, and thriving
At Grace Center for Adult Day Services, comfort is more than a convenience—it is a cornerstone of quality care.
Every day, we welcome adults with neurocognitive disorders, chronic health conditions, and differing abilities into a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. Here, participants can maintain their independence, build meaningful connections, and receive person-centered care designed to support their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
A Place for Movement, Laughter, and Connection
Our main gym is one of the most versatile and well-loved spaces at Grace Center. Throughout the day, it transforms into a vibrant hub for exercise, therapeutic recreation, social connection, and joy—offering so much more than “Sweating to the Oldies.”
Participants gather there for daily movement and exercise, engaging activities, and opportunities to connect with one another. In the photos above, Director René Knight is pictured playing Granny Pants with participants—a simple game that sparks laughter, encourages engagement, and creates moments of shared delight. The photos capture other therapeutic activities that bring comfort, a sense of belonging, and purpose to those we serve.
At the end of each month, Welcome Waggers visits with their therapeutic hounds, bringing smiles, companionship, and the calming presence of unconditional love. The gym also becomes a concert hall for musical and dance performances, giving participants opportunities to enjoy live entertainment and community celebrations they might not otherwise experience.
Just as importantly, it is a welcoming space where family caregivers and their loved ones can share special moments together in a safe and comfortable environment—strengthening bonds, easing stress, and creating lasting memories.

Today, We Face a Critical Need
Grace Center’s aging HVAC system has served our organization for many years, but it is now threatening our ability to provide the consistent, comfortable environment our participants deserve.
Our HVAC units are past their expected lifespan, and one of the primary units serving the main gym has become inoperable. This creates significant challenges in maintaining a comfortable environment for the participants and family caregivers who depend on Grace Center.
Replacing our HVAC system is not simply a building improvement—it is an investment in the dignity, health, safety, and quality of life of the people we serve.
We’re More Than Halfway There
We are thrilled to share that, thanks to the generosity of the JMFT Foundation, Grace Center has received a remarkable $60,000 pledge toward our $117,200 HVAC replacement project. This transformational investment brings us more than halfway to our goal and reflects our community’s confidence in Grace Center’s mission.

But we still need to raise $57,200 to complete this essential project.
