Grace Center Family Caregiver Support Group
Facilitated by: Amy Crevola, MSW, CSWA
The Family Caregiver Support Group is returning to the Grace Center! As of October 2018, Grace Center’s monthly support group will resume on a new day and time and have a new facilitator. Each month the support group will cover a topic and will also have a time for attendees to share. October’s topic is “The Importance of Self-Care”.
Our new facilitator, Amy Crevola, is a clinical social worker who specializes in family caregiver support, dementia education, and long term care planning. Amy has lived in Corvallis for nearly 10 years, and is the proud mama to five young adults, six cats, and a sweet rat-chi dog named Delilah. Her son Joe is a Program Assistant here at Grace Center.
