The Grace Center monthly Family Caregiver Support Group now meets twice a month! The support group is open to all family caregivers, whether they are using Grace Center’s services or not. The group is facilitated by Amy Crevola, a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in family caregiver support, dementia education, and long term care planning. The 1st Tuesday of the month will focus on group discussion and sharing. The 3rd Tuesday of the month will be a training by Amy or a guest presenter and will cover topics such as “Caregiver Resources”, “Managing Expectations”, “Dementia 101”, & “Stress & Difficult Emotions”.
Our facilitator, Amy Crevola, is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in family caregiver support, dementia education, and long term care planning. Amy has lived in Corvallis for nearly 10 years, and is the proud mama to five young adults, six cats, and a sweet rat-chi dog named Delilah. She has three children working at Grace Center – Joe, Thomas, and Natalie!

Note: Respite Care is available from 3:00pm to 4:30pm while you are in the support group. If the individual is already enrolled in Grace Center, services are free for the duration of the support group. If the individual is not an enrolled participant, the cost is $11 per meeting. Grace Center reserves the right to determine case by case for non-enrolled participants if they are an appropriate fit for our respite program.
