The Grace Center Family Caregiver Support Group meets monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month. The support group is open to all family caregivers, whether they are using Grace Center’s services or not. The group is facilitated by Amy Ruth Crevola, a licensed clinical social worker, who brings warmth and guidance to overwhelmed caregivers. The group focuses both on group discussion and sharing as well as covering topics such as “Caregiver Resources”, “Managing Expectations”, “Dementia 101”, & “Stress & Difficult Emotions”.
Our facilitator, Amy Crevola, is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in family caregiver support, dementia education, and long term care planning at NorthWest Senior & Disability Services in Dallas. Amy has lived in Corvallis since 2003, where she has a small private therapy practice offering evening and weekend appointments (via Zoom at this time). www.gardenofcompassion.org
