What We Offer

For participants, we provide socialization, exercise, health monitoring, specialized memory care, and post-rehabilitation specialties. Grace Center is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate day services to aging adults and individuals with a disability. Our amenities include shower services, personal care, grooming needs, and more (please ask us about our additional amenities). We bring peace of mind to the participants and their caregivers. For caregivers, we provide supportive care management and teamwork, much-needed respite, and access to a free monthly Caregiver Support Group.

Grace Center allowed me to have my mother live with me all the way through her last days while still being able to work at OSU and support myself. It helped me and improved her life!!
