About Grace Center

Grace Center for Adult Day Services is a specialized health and social adult day center in Corvallis, Oregon. As the only certified adult day center serving Linn, Benton, Lane, Lincoln, and Polk counties, Grace Center provides a unique and essential service for the five-county community. Grace Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing person-centered care that optimizes the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical abilities of older adults and differently-abled adults so they can remain as independent as possible while continuing to live in their homes and communities.

The center specializes in memory care, post-rehabilitation support, and services for individuals living with neurocognitive degenerative disorders and diseases, including dementia, as well as those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and other health challenges. Through compassionate, individualized support, Grace Center prioritizes direct human impact and services that meet the evolving needs of community members, especially those who are marginalized, underrepresented, or low-income neighbors in the region.

Grace Center also fosters opportunities for community connection, creativity, innovation, and meaningful engagement, empowering participants and caregivers alike to improve their quality of life and that of others. In addition to supporting participants, Grace Center provides vital respite, resources, and peace of mind for caregivers and families.
