On-call Program Assistant – Provides direct care services to participants according to his/her plan of care. Provide individual assistance with restorative activities of daily living (ADLs). The Grace Center in Corvallis provides care to many of the most vulnerable people in our community. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, unbelievably caring and provides necessary respite care for dozens of families.
