Grace Center allowed me to have my mother live with me all the way through her last days while still being able to work at OSU and support myself. It helped me and improved her life!!

Celebrating René Knight’s Leadership
After years of dedicated leadership and service to Grace Center for Adult Day Services, Director René Knight, CDP, CDS, will retire on December 24, 2026.
René has devoted her professional life to strengthening Grace Center and creating a community where compassion, dignity, connection, and exceptional care come first. Under her leadership, Grace Center purchased its permanent home, expanded support for participants and families following the pandemic, launched counseling and caregiver support programs, and received national recognition as the top Adult Day Service in the nation. The Grace Center enriches our community by providing daily specialized services, activities and companionship to aging adults and the handicapped. Their caregiving services can provide a critical lifeline and a welcome respite for busy families throughout the mid-valley.
