Grace Center’s mission is to provide comprehensive quality services to meet the adult day care needs in our community. Grace Center strives to become a model of excellence in adult day care services.
Adult Day Service Programs have been operating around the country for years. Ours happens to be the only such program in the Corvallis and Linn-Benton County region, offering unique on-site services to older adults, with physical, mental and social stimulation as well as health monitoring and care management.
